Using AI to Solve One of Sales Teams’ Biggest Challenges

While I’m a big believer in the classics when it comes to sales, that doesn’t mean I shy away from new technology, and generative AI is no exception!

A good friend recently told me, “There are two kinds of people: those who use AI, and those who will use AI.” I tend to agree with him. I’m one of the ones who does use AI, and I know many of you are too. But even the hold-outs who don’t want to touch it may find that it has its place as a useful part of the jeweler’s toolbox, right next to the microscope, the millimeter gauge, and the diamond tester.
